How long will it take for me to receive my order?

It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order, depending on how busy we are.

After that, your product will be shipped, and you can expect to receive it within an estimated 6 to 8 business days.

Can I return my order?

We offer a 30-day return period during which the customer can return the package without giving a reason. This 30-day period begins upon receipt of the shipment. Please note that the return must be made within 30 days.

What payment methods does Stack and Clear accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro Card, Shop Pay, American Express and Google Pay.

I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This email contains your order number (consisting of at least 5 digits), a summary of your order and the delivery address.

Sometimes confirmation emails accidentally end up in your junk or spam folder. Please take the time to check these folders in your email account to see if the confirmation email is there.

If you have checked your spam folder, waited a while and checked your email address, but still have not received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service team. Provide them with the details of your order, including your full name and order number, and they will help you confirm the status of your order and resend a confirmation email if necessary.
