2-Year Warranty

We believe in the quality of our products. That is why all items purchased from Stack and Clear come with a 2-Year Warranty.

  • Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.

  • What is covered: Technical failures, manufacturing defects, and faults that occur despite proper use.

  • What is not covered: Normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.

  • Resolution: If your item proves to be defective within the warranty period, we will offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return period: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return items.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

  • Easy returns: Returning items is simple, and our customer support team is here to help.

Return Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: You pay no return shipping costs if the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged during transit.

  • Change of mind: If you ordered the wrong item, it doesn’t fit, or you simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping cost.

How to Return an Item

  • Print the return label: We’ll provide the return label after the return payment is collected. Print it and attach it to the parcel.

  • Send it off: Drop your parcel off at the nearest carrier drop-off point as outlined in the return instructions.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  • Refund: After approval, we will issue your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or provider.
